FIM Snowcross World Championship Returns to Sweden in 2019
By Youthstream | 25 Jan 2019

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 25 January 2019 - Youthstream is proud to announce the venue and timing of the 2019 FIM Snowcross World Championship! The 5-6th of April 2019 SNX will take to the snow of Bodentravet a trotting track in Sweden’s northern town of Boden.

While a long history of equine races is what Bodentravet is known for this year it will host the winter horsepower of the world’s best snowcross machines and riders. The last five championship titles have been taken by the dominant Swedish rider Adam Renheim who will have a chance to take a 6th consecutive gold in front of his home crowd.

Last year’s Snowcross World Championship took place at Finland’s Levi Ski center in combination with FIM Europe’s European Snowcross Championship and the Women’s Snowcross World Cup. The event hosted intense racing between the top riders in the world aside from Adam Renheim such as his sister, Snowcross Women’s World Cup winner Marica Renheim, along with world title competitors Aki Pihlaja and Nisse Kjellström!

The 2019 Snowcross World Championship in Boden, Sweden will surely be filled with more battles for the title this April 5th and 6th! Stay tuned to WorldSnowcross.com and MXGP’s social media channels for further updates.
