Jerez hosts an evening to be remembered | 25 Nov
Freshly appointed as the World Capital of Motorcycling 2015, the Spanish city of Jerez de la Frontera hosted an evening to be remembered as more than five hundred distinguished guests which included both of MXGP’s FIM Motocross World Champions Antonio Cairoli and Jordi Tixier, the FIM Women’s Motocross World Champion Kiara Fontanesi, the young and talented FIM Junior Motocross World Champions Brian Hsu, Kim Savaste and Jett Lawrence and the FIM Snowcross World Champion Adam Renheim enjoyed the fifth edition of the FIM Gala Ceremony. Over thirty 2014 FIM World Champions were joined by legends of the various disciplines, an array of key motorcycle industry stakeholders plus numerous media representatives to celebrate the achievements of many two-wheel heroes and the work done by others involved in the sport.

Renheim and Öhman King and Queen of the Snow | 08 Mar
Skellefteå (Sweden), 8 March 2014 – With over night rain, gusting wind, and occasional bouts of sunshine, it was a race against the elements today in Skellefteå, Sweden as the riders geared up for the one and only round of the FIM Snowcross World Championship. Although the circuit proved to be very testing indeed, it wasn’t enough to slow down the Swedish snowcross hero Adam Renheim from taking his second consecutive FIM Snowcross World Championship title. Meanwhile in the FIM Women’s World Cup class, Elina Öhman ran away with the race to claim her first ever World Cup, nineteen seconds clear of the next best rider.

Renheim and Öhman take pole in Skellefteå | 08 Mar
SKELLEFTEÅ (Sweden), 08 March 2014 - Practice and qualifying kicked off yesterday in Skellefteå, Sweden for the FIM Snowcross World Championship. Thanks to the unusual climate at this time of year, snow had to be imported to build the track, which proved to be extra challenging this year due to the glorious sunshine and warm six-degree temperatures.
